Solar Curtain Demonstrator

Following the project Solar Curtain, a working technical model was realised together with a team in Fraunhofer IWU Dresden and Smart³ Innovations Network. The goal was to create a model that functions with the ”shape-memory-alloy“ and would then be an exhibition piece for Fraunhofer Institut. The idea was to make the surface work interactively so that the guests could, with help of a programmed app and an i-pad, individually select modules to open.
